Appointments
At Centennial Medical Group, your health and well-being are our top priorities. We understand how important it is for you to be seen in a timely manner. To ensure you receive the care you need, we strive to accommodate appointments as quickly as possible. You may be seen by one of our staff during our office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A CMG staff member will contact you within two business days to confirm your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us 48 hours notice.
Emergencies
If you need emergency medical assistance, please dial 911.
